Sleep Deeper With Advanced Psychiatric Health

When you visit APH for sleep concerns, you’ll start with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to identify the root causes behind your symptoms. Our providers take time to understand your sleep patterns, mental health history, lifestyle habits, and any co-occurring concerns that may be contributing to poor rest. From there, we build a personalized outpatient treatment plan that aligns with your goals and your everyday life.

Throughout treatment, patients can expect compassionate guidance and evidence-based care. Many individuals notice improvements such as deeper, more consistent sleep, better mood stability, reduced stress, and stronger overall physical and mental health. Our mission is to help you wake up feeling restored so you can face each day with confidence!

Our Services for Sleep Disorders in Florida

Your provider will complete an in-depth evaluation to identify potential sleep disorders, contributing mental health conditions, and any lifestyle factors impacting your rest. This gives us a clear roadmap for targeted, effective treatment.

When appropriate, APH clinicians may prescribe and manage medications to support healthier sleep patterns. Your provider will monitor your symptoms and adjust medications as needed to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, stress reduction strategies, or trauma-informed therapy, help address emotional and behavioral challenges that interfere with sleep.

Personalized, high-touch mental health care tailored to your schedule and needs. With extended appointment availability, direct provider access, and a more customized treatment experience, you receive the highest level of support and convenience.

TMS

Many people with depression also struggle to sleep. We offer TMS, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment for depression that hasn’t responded to medication. By treating the underlying depression, it can ease the sleep problems that often come with it.

Whether you’re at home, traveling, or managing a busy work schedule, APH offers secure telehealth appointments so you can stay consistent with your sleep care from anywhere.

Florida Sleep Specialists Who Truly Care

What sets APH apart is the level of experience and compassion our providers bring to every appointment. Our clinicians have extensive training in diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders, from the most common to the more complex.

We also believe in collaborative care. If you’re working with other sleep professionals, such as a sleep lab, pulmonologist, or neurologist, our team will coordinate with them to ensure you receive a holistic and unified treatment plan. Learn more about our team members below.
