John is a driven healthcare entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and corporate strategy. Before joining Advanced Psychiatric Health, John served as a Regional VP at HNI Healthcare where he led their Behavioral Health and LTACH Hospital Medicine division. Prior to HNI, John was the COO at the Martin Healthcare Group from 2010 – 2018, and co-founded their Intensivist and Post-acute care companies. An experienced Behavioral Health operator, John serves as COO at Advanced Psychiatric Health and oversees all practice operations as well as the shared services team, customer care, integrations and contracting.

Oscar Wilson is a dedicated and driven healthcare professional with more than 15 years of experience in health care administration, operations, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Advanced Psychiatric Health, Oscar served as Regional Director at HNI Healthcare where he managed their Florida based Behavior Health division. Before HNI, Oscar served as Practice Administrator at the Martin Healthcare Group providing physician and post-acute care management as well as client and contract management expertise after transitioning from local hospital in-patient care administration. An accomplished healthcare administrative professional, Oscar serves as Vice President of Operations for Advanced Psychiatric Health leading provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, contract negotiations, and the cultivation of client, provider, and stakeholder relations, as well as customer care. Oscar earned both his bachelor’s degree in human services and master’s in business from Springfield College, Springfield Mass. Oscar is a life-long learner dedicated to educating others, and an ambassador for positive change who seeks to help those in need.

A Finance professional with over 20 years of experience, Rob has worked extensively with health care leadership teams in both hospital settings and at the corporate level. Rob is interested in leveraging new technologies, to help operations leaders and clinicians improve both patient experience and health outcomes He has an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin, and enjoys travel, running, and college football.

Matt’s commitment to mental-health advocacy extends across both Florida and New York. His leadership in guiding teams to enhance workflow, has resulted in stronger relationships with medical professionals and hospitals. He has consistently prioritized making complex systems more accessible for everyone to understand in both outpatient and inpatient mental health. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the State University of New York Empire State College.

Drew is a growth executive with over 15 years of experience across behavioral health, marketing, sales, admissions, business development, and revenue operations. Throughout his career, he has helped founder-led and private equity-backed healthcare organizations scale by building and leading commercial teams, developing growth strategies, and improving the systems and processes that connect marketing, patient access, and operations. Drew serves as Vice President of Patient Acquisition for Advanced Psychiatric Health. Outside of work, Drew lives in Naples, Florida with his wife and four children and enjoys spending time with his family and getting out on the water whenever he can.

José Serrano is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing mental health care across the continuum of care, including mental health advocacy. A proud Latino from Puerto Rico, he is fluent in English and Spanish, enabling him to offer culturally competent care to a diverse patient population. José is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for individuals navigating complex mental health and life transitions challenges. He believes that kindness and compassion are strong allies in healing and aim to exemplify this during every encounter. Outside of his practice, he maintains balance and mindfulness through self-care activities, including playing music.

Ashley Yeingst is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in providing support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. Having earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Florida, Ashley has developed a comprehensive understanding of mental health, with a focus on both children and adults.

Throughout her career, Ashley has worked closely with diverse populations, guiding them through the complexities of their emotional and psychological well-being. Her mission is to empower individuals to overcome the obstacles life throws at them by equipping them with the tools, strategies, and support necessary for growth and resilience.
