José Serrano is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing mental health care across the continuum of care, including mental health advocacy. A proud Latino from Puerto Rico, he is fluent in English and Spanish, enabling him to offer culturally competent care to a diverse patient population. José is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for individuals navigating complex mental health and life transitions challenges. He believes that kindness and compassion are strong allies in healing and aim to exemplify this during every encounter. Outside of his practice, he maintains balance and mindfulness through self-care activities, including playing music.
Ashley Yeingst is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in providing support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. Having earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Florida, Ashley has developed a comprehensive understanding of mental health, with a focus on both children and adults.
Throughout her career, Ashley has worked closely with diverse populations, guiding them through the complexities of their emotional and psychological well-being. Oussama Halty is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, APRN) with a background in critical care and psychiatric nursing. He completed his education and training at the University of South Florida and Ohio University.
He provides care with a holistic view, considering the whole person: body, mind, and spirit, ensuring treatment is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual. Oussama treats a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, OCD, ADHD, substance use, and psychotic disorders.
A retired U.S. Army combat veteran and fluent Arabic speaker, Oussama brings resilience, cultural understanding, and a deep commitment to serving diverse communities with respect and compassion.
Krista is a dually board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) committed to providing comprehensive, holistic and compassionate care. She received her master’s degree of science in nursing from the University of Cincinnati and pursued her post master’s certification in mental health from Wilkes University. Krista is both empathetic and approachable with an openness that enables trust and a safe, comfortable space for her clients. She enjoys traveling, music, and spending time with her family, especially her kids’ sporting events.
