Patients typically get care within 3 days of contacting us.
Every treatment plan starts with understanding. Our providers combine in-depth clinical interviews with standardized assessments to accurately diagnose what you’re experiencing and build a plan around your needs.
Psychiatric medication works best with expert oversight. Our providers prescribe, monitor, and adjust your medication over time, staying attentive to your symptoms, side effects, and progress.
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to help you process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and manage symptoms, on their own or alongside medication.
For depression that hasn’t responded to other treatments, we offer Spravato® (esketamine), an FDA-approved nasal spray administered under medical supervision. It can bring relief when traditional options haven’t worked.
When medication hasn’t brought relief, TMS may be an option. This non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment uses gentle magnetic pulses to target the areas of the brain involved in mood, with comfortable sessions and no downtime.
